Role Description
The Real Estate Advisor is a full-time hybrid role based in Oluyole, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The role involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property options, conducting property market research, and evaluating real estate opportunities. The advisor will also handle property sales, facilitate negotiations, and provide training to clients on making informed real estate decisions. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and staying up-to-date on real estate trends to proactively address their needs.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
Strong Sales and Negotiation skills for building client relationships and closing deals
Ability to provide Training to clients for informed decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market research and understanding property market trends
Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
