Responsibilities:

Calling Listing Agents & Property Owners:

Make outbound calls daily through our CRM power dialer on specific U.S. properties
Follow our call script: you saw the listing and want to make an offer, then ask a few quick questions
Collect the agent's email and best phone number so we can send a written offer (Letter of Intent)
Ask about property condition, tenants, seller motivation, other offers, and price flexibility
Log detailed notes and call outcomes in the CRM and move deals through pipeline stages

Offers & Follow-Up:

Help prepare and send offers with our AI-assisted tools (offer price is calculated for you)
Confirm agents received our offer by call, text, and email
Follow up persistently on every active deal for weeks or months until we get an answer
Track 20-40 active deals at any given time

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year in sales, cold calling, call center, real estate, or acquisitions
Real estate knowledge required – you understand what a listing agent, offer, and closing are
Clear, confident spoken English
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls during U.S. Eastern Time hours
Organized, persistent, and aggressive on follow-up – you do what you say you will do
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Compensation:

Base: NGN 250,000 - 400,000 per month depending on experience
Performance bonuses for qualified deals in the pipeline, accepted offers, and signed contracts
Top performers can roughly double their base through bonuses
