Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards
- Support internal and external audits
- Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / HND
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
