About the Role

The QA/QC Lead is the guardian of standards, compliance and technical excellence.

This role defines how quality is governed, monitored and enforced across the entire project lifecycle.

Minimum Experience Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following:

• Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction
• 8+ years experience in large-scale construction quality management

Deep knowledge of:

• Codes & standards
• Construction methods
• Inspection techniques
• Professional certifications (ISO, COREN, PMI, NSE preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Governance

• Establish project-wide QA/QC framework
• Develop inspection protocols and acceptance criteria
• Enforce approval processes for materials and workmanship

Inspection & Documentation

Review and approve:

• Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
• Method Statements
• Technical submissions
• Conduct random and routine inspections for compliance

Non-Conformance Control

• Identify deviations early
• Issue NCRs
• Track corrective actions and closure

Leadership Interface

• Escalate risks and repeated breaches
• Advise leadership on quality risks
• Drive culture of accountability on site

Audit & Handover Readiness

• Prepare documentation packs for:
• Statutory authorities
• Brand inspections
• Final commissioning
• Validate as-built documentation and handover materials
