Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of company properties.
- Prepare inspection reports with photos and videos.
- Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate artisans and contractors for repairs and maintenance works.
- Obtain quotations and assist with procurement for maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance and renovation works to ensure quality delivery.
- Monitor the security and overall condition of company properties.
- Liaise with tenants, neighbors, and service providers when required.
- Maintain maintenance records and property documentation.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Immediately report emergencies or urgent maintenance issues.
- Ensure company properties remain clean, secure, and in good condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
