Job Summary

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Property Management Coordinator to assist in managing our expanding portfolio of rental properties in the U.S. and Nigeria. You’ll serve as the operational bridge between tenants, property owners, and our U.S.-based management team — ensuring smooth communication and prompt maintenance handling.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property management operations under the supervision of our U.S. team.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, and vendors through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Track rent payments, lease renewals, and maintenance requests in Buildium or similar property management platforms.
  • Create and update property listings, contracts, and reports using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate maintenance and cleaning schedules with on-site vendors and technicians.
  • Support marketing of available units through online listings, social media, and short video updates.
  • Maintain accurate property records and assist with monthly financial summaries.
  • Respond promptly to tenant issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage communications, workflows, and client inquiries.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ administrative or operations experience (real estate or property management preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with U.S.-based clientele.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — able to handle several properties and requests simultaneously.
  • Experience using Buildium, GoHighLevel (GHL), Asana, or similar platforms is a major plus.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic accounting tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for virtual coordination.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail.
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate terms and leasing procedures.
  • Familiarity with short-term rental operations (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
  • Ability to create light reports, social media updates, or visual property presentations.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance vendors or guest check-ins.
