Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Update Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Method Statements, and Product Specification Documents.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Develop product warranties, job completion forms, and other technical documents.
- Organise online product knowledge webinars and technical presentations.
- Train new employees on company products and applications.
- Write technical articles for the company website, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers.
- Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
