Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.  
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Oversee event setup and tear down.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain favourable terms and pricing.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in managing various types of events
  • Be resident close to Victoria Island


Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (On-site)

Remuneration: NGN 180,000
