Job Summary

Our client, a Technology company is seeking to hire a seasoned Project Manager (IT) to oversee and execute various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking processes, regulations, and industry trends, coupled with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Delivers the solution in compliance with, in order of priority, the contract between the company and the customer, the Statement of Work, the company's proposal, and the customer requirements.
  • Drives the project from Kickoff to invoicing by ensuring customer satisfaction, committed time and quality, project profitability and company interests while keeping customer satisfaction at the highest possible level.
  • Completing and validating the customer requirements specifications with the project team and getting it approved by the customer.
  • When applicable, write the project management plan and make sure of its right monitoring.
  • Managing project risks and related action plans.
  • Build and update the project plan
  • Managing customer interface as Main Point of Contact
  • Reporting internally and externally on project progress and issues (responsible for alerts and escalations).
  • Ensures the configuration management rules are applied and project artifacts (both technical and project management) are recorded in the project repository.
  • Delivering projects to customers according to the contractual delivery milestones
  • Ensuring handover to the support team or specific internal/external interface.
  • Follow up on project activities in tasks with the project’s resources assigned and update Project tasks ETC and related planning.
  • Join the project team for relevant onsite activity and testing.
  • Assist project technical resources in resolving technical issues on project tasks and product deployment.
  • Growing long-term relationships with customers by continually seeking to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Anticipating clients’ needs and proposing alternative delivery solutions or business solutions in cooperation with the sales team.
  • Managing and documenting any Change Request (CR) helps sales to ensure the customer perceives the value of the CR (up-sell).
  • Managing project resource allocations in relation to the Regional Delivery Manager
  • Apply the project management process and use related tools deployed in the Professional Services team, in particular:
  • Tracking regularly (once a month at least) on project budget (time, costs, and forecast Estimate To Completion) and other KPI-defined
  • Managing billing/revenue recognition tasks and milestones acceptance.
  • Organizing or participating in governance meetings with relevant stakeholders/management

May contribute to Pre Sales activities:
  • Contribute to Identify customer use cases and requirements with Solution sales and expert
  • Contribute to High-level solution system design with solution sales and solution experts
  • Contribute to Professional Services quotation
  • Write or contribute to writing the PS Statement of Work in relation to the quotation
  • Contribute to contract review during the negotiation phase Requirements:

Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, local and remote, and able to handle multiple priorities. All this with a capacity to successfully drive a complex customer project execution with multiple internal/external interfaces.
  • At least 5 years of experience required with a successful initial experience in IT Customer Project Management ,Computer science engineer, Master’s degree in Computer Sciences.
  • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and new products.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (relational and writing) in English.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution design requirements.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach.
  • Certification in Project Management Methodologies
  • Fair knowledge and understanding of IT integration challenges.
  • Both technical and sales-oriented to drive customer relationships during project and have the ability to manage complex issues in an international environment.
  • Results-oriented, able to work in autonomy, use own initiative, and willing to work in a dynamic structure.
  • Team-Building Skills: act as a leader to animate the teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of global Internet, IT, and security technologies and markets.
  • Overall solution knowledge from Software/Server/application, from project set-up to production deployment
  • Understanding of IT solution development and deployment lifecycles
  • Master our offer use cases and eco-system, understand integration and validation activity.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analyzing the situation through Risk Management to propose an action plan – have all the facts and get full management support.
  • Ability to Delegate Tasks: Involve project contributors, but still keep control of what is delivered, PM is the global leader and project accountable.
