Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic projects that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across the organisation. You will manage full project life cycle, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation, whilst ensuring that initiatives are completed on time.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, set timelines, and allocate resources to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure accurate documentation of completed work using internal tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Teams.
- Track project milestones and KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly reports to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and early and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project budgets, manage resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective execution of deliverables.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and managing expectations.
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain organised records of project plans, decisions, and learnings. Contribute to internal knowledge bases to support team learning and future project success.
- Champion the effective use of internal tools (e.g., Gmail, Notion, Google Sheets) and support team members in using them productively.
- Manage remote teams by setting clear expectations, maintaining visibility, and fostering accountability through digital collaboration platforms.
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, capture lessons learned and apply insights to future initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Losode’s business goals and growth trajectory.
- Develop the project management framework across the organisation and embed best practice principles and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana), collaboration platforms (SharePoint), and spreadsheets.
- Ability to track performance metrics, analyse data, and generate clear, actionable reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, manage stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to maintaining project documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving goals.
- Basic Knowledge of risk management and resource allocation.
