At Crown Interactive, we are looking for a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and stakeholder management. You'll collaborate across departments, ensure project alignment with business goals, and oversee the seamless rollout of enterprise and Power sector solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating, planning, executing, and delivery of power sector projects. This role demands a professional with experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality results within time and budget constraints.
Skills

- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Roles
- Lead end-to-end delivery of power sector projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, budgets, risk assessments, resource allocation, and equipment/material procurement schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, in line with regulatory and safety standards.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams, EPC contractors, OEM vendors, and third-party consultants for flawless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for utility companies, regulatory bodies, and government energy agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution companies (DisCos), generation companies (GenCos), transmission companies (TransCos), and independent power producers (IPPs) where applicable.
- Regularly report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and funders.
- Lead planning and implementation of power projects across relevant regulatory commissions and utility partners.
- Develop detailed project documentation including engineering schedules, commissioning plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams — engineering, products, technical team and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage technical and operational risks, and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with public sector policies, energy sector regulations, environmental/safety standards, and procurement guidelines.
- Manage change requests, project scope adjustments, and client/utility expectations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain strong relationships with utility clients and ensure high service satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum, is preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) years' proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects for public sector clients, with a strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects within the power sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
