Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive project management processes, including the implementation of robust cost and schedule control mechanisms to ensure projects remain within budget and timeline parameters.
- Oversee document management systems and contract administration, ensuring all project records and sub-consultant agreements are compliant with organizational standards.
- Manage large-scale Design and Build project workflows, coordinating activities between general contractors, sub-consultants, and internal technical teams.
- Direct project reporting and vendor invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational milestones for geophysical field operations.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder coordination, serving as the primary technical point of contact to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in project coordination and technical management within large-scale Design and Build oil and gas projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- Demonstrated mastery in Microsoft Office Suite and professional communication technologies, with advanced fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven track record of managing complex vendor relations, invoicing, and technical reporting within the energy sector.
- Ability to maintain valid health, safety, and offshore certifications for the full duration of employment, as this role is based permanently onsite.
- Strong demonstrated history of integrity and accountability in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-stakes energy infrastructure projects.
