We are seeking a proactive and organized Programs Supervisor to coordinate, implement, and monitor organizational programs and initiatives.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise the execution of programs and events.
  • Develop work plans, timelines, and activity schedules.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and service providers.
  • Monitor program performance and prepare reports.
  • Ensure activities are implemented in line with organizational objectives.
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation for programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or supervision.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
