This is not a traditional training organisation — and we are not looking for a traditional programme manager.
Role Overview
Mozisha is seeking a Programme & Operations Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our AI Workflow programmes across multiple roles, cohorts, and partners.
You will be responsible for turning programme design into high-quality, scalable delivery — ensuring consistency, learner outcomes, employer satisfaction, and partner confidence.
This role is critical to Mozisha’s ability to operate at scale.

- Translate employer needs into workflow execution requirements
- Ensure employer deliverables are met on time and to standard

- Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Support documentation of best practices and playbooks
Process & Systems Development
- Help operationalise Mozisha’s workflow-based model
- Improve internal processes for scalability and consistency
- Work with leadership to evolve programme structures as Mozisha grows
