NCDF Impact Club ImpactSchool is expanding, and we are looking for high-performing Programme Managers to lead school engagement and programme growth across key cities in Nigeria. Locations: Ibadan | Abuja | Port Harcourt | Lagos | Abeokuta
This is not a routine education role. It is a branch-level leadership role for a revenue-generating and impact-driven schools programme.
We need professionals who can build relationships with schools, market and sell the programme, manage facilitators, supervise delivery, engage school leadership, and track measurable student impact.
About the Programme
NCDF Impact Club ImpactSchool is a structured school partnership programme designed to raise future leaders beyond the classroom. The programme focuses on financial literacy, leadership, civil engagement, entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, and practical life skills that help students become more confident, future-ready, and socially responsible.
It is designed to support schools with a value-added extracurricular offer while also creating measurable learning and institutional impact.
What the Role Requires
As Programme Manager, you will be expected to:
- Drive school acquisition and programme sales in your city
- Build and manage relationships with school owners, principals, and decision-makers
- Present the programme clearly and confidently to schools and education stakeholders
- Meet branch-level enrolment and revenue targets
- Coordinate facilitators and ensure excellent programme delivery
- Supervise scheduling, reporting, school communication, and programme administration
- Monitor student participation, learning outcomes, and impact indicators
- Balance commercial performance with educational and social outcomes
- Represent the programme professionally and help strengthen the NCDF Impact Club brand in your location
Who We Are Looking For
This role is for candidates who understand that impact and income must work together.
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in:
- Sales and marketing
- School partnerships or education business development
- Programme coordination or branch management
- Team supervision and operational administration
- Client relationship management
- Youth development, education, or extracurricular delivery
We are especially interested in candidates who can think like entrepreneurs, take ownership of a city or branch, and grow the programme with discipline, structure, and accountability.
What Success Looks Like
A successful Programme Manager will not only coordinate delivery but will also help generate income for the branch, expand school partnerships, maintain high-quality programme implementation, and produce clear evidence of student impact.
This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-led platform shaping future-ready students while building a commercially sustainable education programme.
