Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Analyst based in Ibadan South West. The Program Analyst will be responsible for analyzing program data, preparing detailed reports, and optimizing ongoing programs for enhanced performance. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing solutions to improve program efficiency, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The role also involves identifying trends, generating insights, and supporting the overall operational success of university programs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving
• Proficiency in developing program strategies and implementing process improvements
• Experience with reporting and documentation tools for tracking program performance
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively
• Knowledge of project management principles or related software is a plus
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the educational sector or prior experience in a similar capacity is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field
