Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Productivity Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Ibadan. In this role, you will oversee and drive the efficiency of team operations, develop and monitor productivity strategies, assist in project and resource management, and provide guidance and coaching to team members. You will also handle communication across teams to ensure goals are aligned and achieved.brinhing in general business.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Exceptional Communication skills for team coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Project Management to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Experience in Sales to contribute toward achieving business targets
• Capability in Coaching to mentor and develop team members
• Detail-oriented and organized, with problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in productivity management or related roles is a plus
