Job summary

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence for both Ticket To Home and Blockmaster Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, original content to promote our products and services, managing all social media channels, and executing performance-based digital market

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for both Ticket To Home and Blockmaster Ltd across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
  • Create and publish engaging, original content including graphics, videos, articles, and posts that align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) to design high-quality graphics, video edits, and other visual materials.
  • Manage the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content to ensure consistent engagement and growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance-based digital marketing campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive community presence online.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of original content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Google platforms for brand growth.
  • Experience in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Ability to analyse data and adjust strategies for improved performance.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding, audience targeting, and content engagement strategies.
