Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules
- Liaise with all packaging vendors (carton producers, label printers, keg/container suppliers)
- Ensure all packaging materials are available ahead of production runs
- Monitor filling, labeling, and packaging processes for quality and accuracy
- Track production batches and finished goods
- Coordinate movement of finished and packaged products to our Ibadan warehouse
- Manage vendor timelines, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Maintain production, inventory, and delivery records
- Prepare weekly production and supply chain reports
Requirements:
- Education: HND / BSc in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, Supply Chain / Operations Management
- Experience: Minimum of 3–7 years experience in:
- Manufacturing operations, FMCG, lubricants, or related production environments
- Proven experience coordinating:
- Multiple vendors
- Outsourced or toll manufacturing operations
- Factory-to-warehouse logistics
- Strong hands-on experience may substitute formal qualifications
