Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and supervise daily production operations in line with approved production schedules.
- Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, GLP, and company SOPs.
- Supervise production staff to ensure adherence to standard procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the correct weighing, mixing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging of products as per batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Monitor production processes to identify deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Liaise with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
