Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety, quality, and maintenance standards across all production activities.
• Lead and supervise daily shopfloor operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement TPM and lean manufacturing practices to minimize downtime and waste.
• Improve production output, efficiency, and cost per unit.
• Coordinate manpower, shift schedules, and team productivity.
• Collaborate closely with planning, maintenance, logistics, and QA teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making.
• Train, mentor, and develop production staff for improved performance.
• Maintain accurate production reports, operational records, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production leadership role, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to live on-site in Awka is strongly preferred.
