We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Production Assistant with a background in Food Science/Food technology to assist in our food processing factory operations. The ideal candidate will report to the Production Manager and contribute to the smooth operations and optimization of the production process, ensuring product quality.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Production
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the food processing factory.
- Ensure the production process is efficient, cost-effective, and adheres to safety and quality standards.
Quality Assurance
- Maintain and improve product quality through rigorous quality control measures.
- Implement and adhere to food safety and quality standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
Process Optimization
- Continuously assess and improve the production process to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Contribute ideas to the development and implementation of new production techniques and technologies.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay up-to-date with relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
