Job summary

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketer to help position, launch, and grow our products and services join a startup software company in Jamaica. You’ll sit at the intersection of product & services, marketing, sales, and customers—turning insights into compelling stories that drive adoption and revenue.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Own product/services positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Plan and execute product launches from strategy to delivery
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
  • Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards)
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams
  • Track performance and optimise messaging based on data and feedback


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, growth, or a similar role
  • Proven experience developing product positioning and messaging
  • Experience supporting or leading product launches
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Ability to analyse market data, customer insights, and performance metrics
  • Experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related role
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear customer benefits
  • Comfortable working with data and insights to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in SaaS/tech/digital products (preferred, not required)


Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital products
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
  • Experience conducting customer research and competitive analysis
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
