Product Designer

Responsibilities:

Product Design and Development:

• Lead the design process for assigned projects, from concept to final implementation, within the 2-month contract period.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.

User Research and Testing:

• Conduct quick user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
• Analyze findings and incorporate feedback into design iterations to ensure user-centered solutions.

Visual Design and Branding:

• Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual style guide and brand identity
• Design and refine UI elements and visual assets to enhance product aesthetics and usability.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback and iterate quickly to meet project deadlines.

Project Management and Delivery:

• Manage your workload efficiently to complete all deliverables on time and within the scope of the 2-month contract.
  
• Provide regular updates on design progress and address any challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role, with experience in short-term contract or freelance work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects, demonstrating your ability to create user-centered designs.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to project needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
