Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to transform user needs and business objectives into seamless user experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define and deliver product features.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Validate design concepts through usability testing and user feedback.
Iterate on designs based on analytics, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure consistency across all product experiences while maintaining accessibility and usability standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Experience using analytics and user feedback to improve product performance.
