Role Description

This is a remote, volunteer role for a Product Designer. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that align with CybBlend’s mission. Responsibilities include conducting user research, iterating product designs, applying design thinking principles, and crafting visually compelling designs. You will also contribute to creating intuitive user experiences and ensuring design solutions align with customer needs and goals.
Qualifications

• Experience with Visual Design and creating aesthetically pleasing and effective designs
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and ideation to solve complex problems
• Strong skills in conducting User Research and UX Research to gather actionable insights
• Knowledge and experience in Product Design, including prototyping and testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools is a plus
• Passion for building user-centric digital experiences and working with modern brands
