Product & Brand Experience Designer
Job summary
We are consolidating UI/UX and Graphic Design into a single strategic capability responsible for designing brand-consistent, conversion-focused, and user-centered digital experiences. This role owns the full experience lifecycle: research, UX definition, interface design, brand visual execution, and cross-functional delivery enablement.

Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, responsive, and conversion-driven user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms
- Conduct UX discovery: user research, interviews, testing, behaviour analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Design brand and marketing assets: social creatives, campaign graphics, banners, presentations, motion elements where required
- Maintain visual consistency and enforce brand governance across all channels
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
- Optimise designs for usability, accessibility, speed, and performance
- Manage multiple projects with structured prioritisation and clear delivery timelines
- Continuously monitor trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand future-ready

Requirements:
- Relevant academic qualification or equivalent professional experience in a design, creative, or digital-related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years proven experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking + visual excellence
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and design system management
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience collaborating with the development team
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork capability
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver consistently without micromanagement
- Motion design, web technology familiarity, and analytics exposure are added advantages
