Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure goods and services based on company requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Compare quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
- Work closely with Stores, Finance, Production, and other departments to meet procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Track orders and resolve supplier-related issues promptly
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are not eligible.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is required.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Good record-keeping, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 180,000
