Job summary

The Procurement Officer will oversee the sourcing, acquisition, and management of goods and services for Quorum Africa, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with organizational policies. The role also supports administrative and operational activities, including budget creation and management, invoice processing, and vendor performance oversight, contributing to the seamless execution of both corporate and experiential projects.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoice processing, payment schedules, and maintain accurate financial documentation in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Support administrative and operational activities, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and procurement planning.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Procure goods and services for corporate operations, experiential campaigns, and events, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets.
  • Monitor, control, and manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and report variances.
  • Maintain comprehensive procurement records, vendor evaluations, and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and vendor optimisation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement and administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning.


Locations: Abuja, Wuse 2 and Lagos, Lekki phase 1

Work Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Onsite)

Remuneration: NGN 250,000
