Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily processing activities to meet production targets
- Ensure processing operations comply with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor machine performance and processing parameters to ensure optimal output
- Manage and supervise processing staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring
- Identify and resolve processing issues to minimize downtime and waste
- Maintain accurate production and processing records and reports
- Enforce compliance with SOPs, GMP, and HSE policies
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in processing or production operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
- Prior supervisory experience is required
- BSc in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong understanding of processing equipment and production workflows
- Knowledge of GMP, HSE, and quality standards
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
