Job summary
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Printing & Lamination Operators to join our production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining printing and lamination machines to ensure the production of high-quality packaging materials that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor gravure printing and lamination machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines according to production requirements and job specifications.
- Ensure consistent print quality, color accuracy, and proper registration throughout production runs.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize output.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot printing and lamination defects.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
- Minimize material waste and machine downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating printing and/or lamination machines within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Rotogravure, Flexographic, Solvent-Based, or Solventless Lamination processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with packaging substrates such as BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, and Foil materials.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret production specifications and quality requirements.
