- Must be able to rescue a drowning person
- Must be an expert swimmer
- Must be fit and healthy
- Understand the basics of maintaining and operating swimming
- Must know how to coordinate the swimming pool area
- Must watch over customers in the pool area
- Should be able to welcome and guide those who wants to swim or learn how to swimÂ
