Plant Manager

*Plant Manager (25 LPG Plant) Needed*

Location: Ibadan

Reports To: Operations & Commercial Manager / MD

*Job Purpose*

To manage the technical and operational activities of the gas plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

•
Oversee plant operations including gas receipt, storage, and dispensing

•
Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational procedures

•
Manage plant equipment, maintenance, and inspections

•
Supervise plant operators and technicians

•
Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards

•
Maintain accurate operational logs and reports

•
Coordinate with vendors and service providers

•
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs

*Requirements*

•
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field

•
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in LPG plant operations

•
Strong understanding of plant safety and regulatory requirements

•
Hands-on experience with gas plant equipment

•
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
