Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert to translate real-world discrete and process manufacturing workflows into digital ERP functional operations.
- Define physical stock locations, warehouses, virtual locations, and automated inventory reordering points inside the software.
- Collaboratively test production scheduling modules, capacity planning tools, and real-time inventory tracking alongside the software support specialist.
- Drive change management on the factory floor, ensuring line staff are adequately trained to log operational data into the system correctly.
- Drive daily plant operations across both discrete assembly and process-batch production lines. • Maintain stringent occupational health, safety, quality control, and facility compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations
- 4 years of plant leadership across discrete and process industries
- Clear understanding of MRP data logic.
