- Coordinate planning activities with project managers and site teams
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment usage
- Prepare progress reports and schedule forecasts
- Support resource planning and project control activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or Project Planner
- Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of construction methods and project control techniques
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
