Responsibilities:
- Retouch portraits, headshots, and marketing images.
- Fix lighting, color, and exposure.
- Clean up backgrounds and remove imperfections.
- Perform skin retouching (natural, not overdone).
- Maintain a consistent editing style across batches.
- Deliver fast, high-quality edits on tight timelines.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Photoshop & Lightroom.
- Sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Speed + consistency (especially for bulk edits).
- Ability to take direction and deliver exactly what’s needed.
