Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate activities, and handle confidential tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points
- Run personal and official errands as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize files, documents, and records efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with administrative and office management tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or OND/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
