Job summary
The Personal Assistant (Executive Support) will support the Founder with scheduling, document handling, correspondence, and day-to-day coordination. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential matters. This is a hybrid role based in Ibadan.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support
- Manage calendar, appointments, reminders, and follow-ups
- Draft, format, review, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items
- Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organised filing and documentation systems
- Run physical errands in Ibadan when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong document formatting and writing skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
