- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential developer candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Assist in screening applications and resumes for developer roles.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and the recruitment team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as document preparation and follow-up emails.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via various platforms.
- Provide logistical support for remote interview setups.
- Assist with recruitment marketing efforts and job postings
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
