We are looking to hire a suitable candidate who will work closely with the directors help to manage workload, organize day and free up his time by providing admin support etc., usually on a one-to-one basis

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the Director.
- Attending meetings and organizing daily activities on behalf of the director.
- Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel.
