Responsibilities:
- Operate a payloader safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Load, move, and transport construction materials such as sand, gravel, stones, soil, and any construction-related materials.
- Assist with site clearing, excavation support, and material stockpiling.
- Carry out any payloader-related tasks required to support construction and site operations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and site regulations.
- Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a payloader in construction or similar environments.
- Valid operator's license/certification.
- Good understanding of construction site safety procedures.
- Ability to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
