Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship and Partnership Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work. The individual will manage relationships with sponsors and partners, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and develop strategies to grow and sustain partnerships. Responsibilities include negotiating sponsorship agreements, coordinating with stakeholders, organizing events, and tracking the success of partnership initiatives to ensure the attainment of organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder management
• Experience in business development, partnership management, and identifying sponsorship opportunities
• Organizational, project management, and event coordination expertise
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic office software, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
• Knowledge or experience in the education sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Salary: 150k-200k
