Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefit.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and communications.
  • Regularly review partnership performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of partnership and business development initiatives.
  • Track and report on the progress of partnership activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships and business development projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  • Use industry insights to inform and adjust partnership and business development strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
