We are now looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our team in Nigeria.

Purpose of the Role
• Managing & grow regional Distributor networkÂ
• Building strong relationships with distributorsÂ
• Manage Order & Sales forecast, Marketing & Training schedules for DistributorsÂ
Â
Customers
Internal: Sales, Admin, Training department, Marketing, Product & Solutions TeamÂ
External: Customers, suppliers, subsidiaries, DistributorsÂ
Â
Main activities
• Create & manage agreed actions plans per distributorÂ
• Marketing plan coordination between Marketing & DistributorÂ
• Target setting per Product Group & forecasted over the year through CRM on Demand toolÂ
• Mapping of key customers (existing + new alignment with KAM) per distributorÂ
• Develop Technical capability of distributor through driving attendance of distributors to technologyÂ
workshops, seminars as appropriateÂ
• Full Vertiv product exposure/coverage to be pushed through distributorsÂ
• Monthly / Quarterly reviews with Distributors and internal managementÂ
• Contract management for region per distributors, coordinating with CoE relevant peopleÂ
• Providing monthly order forecastingÂ
• Logistic/payment supportÂ
• Incentives based on distributor targetsÂ
• Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager.Â

Experience / Skills / Other
• Mandatory
o Bachelor degree in Management or similarÂ
o o 3-5 Years’ experience in similar management roleÂ
o o MBA helpfulÂ
Â
• Pre-requisitesÂ
o Fluency in English written & local languageÂ
Â
• Preferred background
o Regional experience, understanding of distributor landscapeÂ
Â
• Travel
o Extensive travel expected at 70% of the year
