Palletizers, Loaders, and Sighters

Responsibilities:

Palletizers:

• Stack finished water products properly on pallets according to company standards.
• Ensure pallets are stable, neat, and ready for storage or dispatch.
• Assist in moving pallets to designated storage areas.

Loaders:

• Load and offload finished products into delivery vehicles.
• Ensure correct quantities are loaded according to delivery instructions.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.

Sighters:

• Inspect finished products for leaks, damages, or labeling defects.
• Remove defective products from the production line.
• Ensure only quality-approved products proceed to packaging and dispatch.

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the production and warehouse areas.
• Follow safety rules, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Support production targets by working efficiently as part of a team.
• Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a factory or production environment (water or beverage company preferred).
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Must reside around Berger, Arepo, Magboro, Mowe, or Ibafo axis.
