Job Summary
As a Paid Ads Manager you will have the opportunity to work for a US E-commerce startup full-time. You'll be responsible for managing paid ads on TikTok, Meta, & Google ads platforms across several brands. You will be reporting directly to the CMO. This role is fully remote.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Tiktok, Meta, Google)
- Work with SEO team for keyword and audience research to guide campaign strategies
- Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
- Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed
- Collaborate with design team for assets to leverage and A/B test in campaignsÂ
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as neededÂ
Requirements:
- At least 3 years managing paid ads campaigns on Tiktok, Meta & Google
- Intermediate experience in Google Sheets / Excel for basic campaign reportingÂ
- Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques
- Strong written and verbal English communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work ESTÂ time zone
Other requirements:
- Certifications in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
- Creative skills in ad copywriting and basic design principles
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
