Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- Empathetic, friendly, and persuasive demeanor and confident telephone manner.
- Preferably experienced in outbound phone sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and database usage.
- You will be required to:
- Work from home in a quiet environment. Be motivated by weekly KPIs.
- Possess a reliable computer and internet connection, along with proficiency in Excel.
- Exhibit good listening, influencing, and persuading skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing and sales.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality.
- Driven to achieve goals and resilient in the face of rejection.
