Job descriptions & requirements
To supervise field works for passive FTTH infrastructure: civil works, cable laying, installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise teams and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure quality and conformity of OSP works.
• Enforce safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Conduct technical audits and reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Deployment and Maintenance.
• Handle on-site incidents and supervise repairs.
• Provide as-built information for GIS updates.
What You Bring
• Degree/diploma in Telecoms or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of FTTH and OSP infrastructure.
• Strong field presence and organisational skills.
