Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by Architects and structural engineers, and make modifications to existing drawings.
- Deliver coordinated 2D drawings and 3D BIM models aligned with structural design intent and construction sequencing.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and designers to understand their design requirements and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Ensure technical accuracy, coordination integrity, and compliance with applicable codes and standards before issue.
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of drawing template standardisation across all projects to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with company and industry standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in structural BIM and CAD production within a consultancy or contractor environment.
