Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and logistics activities
- Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and personnel
- Ensure timely maintenance and facility management across properties
- Maintain accurate records of supplies, assets, and vendor activities
- Support administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence
- Drive company vehicles when required to support logistics and operational needs
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or facility management
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate good driving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Residence in or close proximity to Okpanam Road, Asaba, is an added advantage
